Full-stack SaaS, occupied. A white-label SaaS platform for fractional HR consultants, built from first principles — strategy, design, and engineering. Each licensee runs their entire practice under their own brand, logo, colors, and subdomain, on the same underlying platform.
Ships with 62 AI-powered HR tools (Claude API), an 11-tab client CRM, a white-labeled client portal, Dropbox Sign e-signature, and Stripe subscription billing. Row-Level Security enforces complete data isolation per tenant. First tenant: Cultivate People Co., a Twin Cities HR consultancy.
CASE FILE 02RMAN — Relationship Manager＋
Mobile app, occupied. A relationship management app with a built-in AI companion named Arman. He learns the people in your life, remembers what matters, and surfaces the right person to reach out to at the right time.
Memory Vault, Smart Suggestions, Teach Me, The Feed, and unlimited Chat with Arman on the RMAN+ tier. Privacy-first: contact data never leaves the device. Live on Google Play; iOS on TestFlight.
CASE FILE 03Jacobs Construction MN＋
Custom WordPress, active client. Custom WordPress site for a Minneapolis general contractor. The project began with a structured discovery session to understand how Jacobs Construction wins business — their actual sales process and client expectations, not a feature wishlist.
The result is a conversion-focused site with a clean service structure, clear calls to action, and zero borrowed templates. The engagement also permitted House Vision AI — Case File 04 on this docket.
CASE FILE 04House Vision AI＋
Custom web app, occupied. A custom-built AI tool for contractors and remodelers, built directly into the contractor's own website. Upload a house photo, select the exterior changes — roofing, siding, paint, windows — and receive an AI-generated before/after render, powered by Google Gemini.
One API key per contractor, no per-homeowner subscription. Built for Jacobs Construction MN; TCBB builds custom deployments for other contractors on request.
CASE FILE 05Smart Gallery AI＋
AI add-on for client sites, occupied. An AI photo manager that bolts onto any TCBB client site. Contractors upload job-site photos from their phone; the gallery organizes them into collections, tags them by location, and keeps the portfolio current without anyone touching the website.
From those photos it drafts case-study write-ups and city-by-city service-area pages — published from a review queue, so every page is approved by a human before it goes live. Portfolio maintenance becomes a byproduct of taking pictures.

Free web tool, occupied. A free AI space transformer at spaices.co. Upload any indoor room or outdoor yard photo, pick a design style, and get a photorealistic before/after in about 30 seconds.
Climate-aware plant picks and an HOA compliance checker included. Free, no account required — built to be useful first and a calling card second.

Pass 01
Discovery
Every project begins with a structured discovery session — the client's real goals, sales process, and audience, before any design begins. No quote sheets. No assumptions.
Pass 02
Design
Purpose-built from the brief. No templates, no UI kits. Every layout and typographic decision serves the client's specific context, with the client in the loop on iterations.
Pass 03
Build
The approved design is coded in full — clean HTML/CSS/JS or a custom WordPress theme. No page builders, no drag-and-drop assembly. Ships at production quality.
