Engineering Principles
- ▷ Privacy-first by design. User data is not a product. Contact and personal data does not leave the device. All AI calls are stateless.
- ▷ No third-party analytics. No tracking SDKs, no telemetry packages, no behavioural data collection built into any TCBB product.
- ▷ Ship complete before marketing. Products are built to production quality before any public-facing campaign begins. Beta means testing, not unfinished.
- ▷ Single founder ownership. All products are designed, built, and maintained by one person. Scope is intentional. Quality over throughput.
