Trove for Summer Camps — A Summer Families Share With Everyone
TroveFor camps

For summer camps

Every family goes home with your camp on their favorite summer.

Turn a session's photos into a cinematic keepsake: arrival day, the lake, the cabin, campfire nights, the last morning. Parents share it with grandparents and friends, and every one of them sees your logo, your colors and a button to enroll.

How it markets you

One session. Everyone who loves them.

A photo gallery gets scrolled once. A Trail gets passed around: to grandparents, aunts and uncles, the friends whose kids might come next summer. That's a lot of families, all seeing where this kid spent the best weeks of their year.

  1. You add the photos

The photos your staff already takes, for one camper, one cabin or a whole session. Up to 150 photos and 20 short clips.

  2. It drafts itself

The AI sorts the session into chapters, writes the captions, picks music and builds a trailer video, in a few minutes.

  3. You send it

Send it to a family from your dashboard, or share the link however you already reach parents.

  4. Everyone shares it

Grandparents and friends open it, add their notes, and land on your enrollment button at the end.

Your brand, everywhere it travels

Your name goes everywhere the Trail goes.

No "made with" badge and no one else's logo. Families only ever see you.

Trail cover with the camp's logo

On the cover

Your logo opens every Trail, above your own kicker line.

At the end, a button to you

In your brand color, linking wherever you like: enrollment, your site, your Instagram.

A link preview card with the camp's logo

In every text and group chat

The link preview carries your logo, so it's yours before anyone taps.

The short video people post to social ends on your logo and your name.

Built for how you work

Made for a whole summer, not one session.

All your Trails in one dashboard

Every session and cabin in one place, with where each one stands: drafting, waiting on a family, or live.

Send to a family, with approval

They get an email with their Trail. Turn on approval and nothing goes public until they say yes.

Proof it's working

For every Trail: how many people it reached, how many photos and notes they added, and how many clicked through to you.

Your whole team

Everyone signs in with their own email. Directors handle branding and the team, counselors and staff can build.

See a real one

Walk a camper's Trail.

This is a real Trail, built the same way yours would be: upload, AI draft, publish. It's branded for Camp Loon Hollow, a sample camp we made up for the demo. Maya and her cabin are made up too.

The button at the end of the demo brings you back here. On your Trails, it goes wherever you choose.

Free pilot

Try it before next summer.

We're opening Trove to a small group of camps first. Tell us a little about your camp and we'll get you set up.

  • We set up your account and branding with you.
  • We build your first Trail together, from last summer's photos.
  • No cost during the pilot, and no card needed.

Questions

Good to know

Will families see anyone else's branding?

No. Your Trails show your logo, your colors, your footer line and your button. There's no "made with" credit on them, and the link previews and trailer videos carry your brand too.

Do we make one for every camper?

No. A Trail can follow one camper, one cabin or a whole session. Start with whatever is easiest; one per session or one per cabin is plenty.

How much work is each Trail?

Upload the photos and press build. The AI draft takes a few minutes and covers the chapters, captions, music and a trailer video. You can adjust anything before you send it to your client.

Where do the photos come from?

Whatever your staff already takes. Short video clips work too. Families can add their own photos and notes once it's shared.

Can a Trail be kept private?

Yes, and with kids in the photos you may want that. Any Trail can have a passcode, so only families with the code can open it, and you can approve guest photos and notes before they show. Location data is stripped from every uploaded photo.

What does it cost after the pilot?

Pricing for camps isn't set yet. We're building it with the camps in the pilot, and nothing you make during the pilot goes away.
