## Operator of Record

A.J. Mitchell designs, builds, and ships every product and every client project independently. The studio runs on one process: fewer builds, engineered better. Nothing merges to main until it's been tested by hand.

## Three Principles

Craft > Volume

One build engineered right beats three shipped fast. Every job gets the full attention it requires — throughput was never the metric.

Privacy by Default

A visitor's data isn't a resource to harvest. It stays local unless the visitor opts in. No tracking SDKs, no telemetry running silently in the background.

Ship When Green

A build goes to production when the pipeline is fully green. Beta means testing, not unfinished. Nothing deploys until it runs the way it's supposed to.
