A contractor needed to show clients what their home could look like — before touching a single wall. Built an AI-powered before/after visualization tool as a WordPress plugin. Upload a photo, generate the vision, close the deal.

Resolution: Live at Jacobs Construction MN. Before/after AI rendering in under 60 seconds. The tool does the selling so the contractor doesn't have to. Pilot revenue confirmed.
